With the Head Action in place and selected, you will create an Action Group consisting of three Actions. One Action in the group will "show" one of the sub-menus, the other 2 Actions will "hide" the other two sub-menus. These things will happen simultaneously. Once you have finished creating the first Action Group, you'll make two more.

Give the Action Group a name. Name this group "showbibs," since this Action Group will show the "Bibs" sub-menu, and hide the other two sub-menus.
