Drop-down DHTML Menus - Page 4

  1. Select each Floating Box individually by clicking its name in the Floating Box palette. (To open the Floating Box palette choose Window > Floating Boxes from the menu.)
  2. Type a number into the depth field of the Floating Box inspector for each of the floating boxes. It's okay to make them all the same depth.
  3. Next, select the three sub-menus (diapers, bibs and teethers) and for each one, deselect the "Visible" checkbox. This will make the sub-menus invisible when the page first loads. Later in the tutorial, you will use Actions to make each sub-menu appear, or pop-up, as the user cursors over the hotspots in the main menu (header).
